Oto chwila, na którą czekali fani gier RPG w całej Polsce! W tym również ja 🙂
Właśnie ukazała się najnowsza wersja Community Patch’a do Gothic 3 oznaczona numerkiem 1.60. W odróżnieniu do poprzednich wersji, tym razem fani z Community Patch Team, podjęli współprace z firmą Spellbound, która pracuje aktualnie nad następną częścią serii czyli Gothic 4.
Dzięki pomocy z ich strony, możliwe było wprowadzenie bardzo zaawansowanych zmian do silnika gry, takich jak nowy system zarządzania pamięcią. Co to oznacza dla graczy? Koniec (teoretycznie) z długim wczytywaniem się gry, ciągłymi lagami i błędami w stylu: „where is the guru?”.
Oprócz zmian w silniku wpływających na całość rozgrywki, CPT wprowadził także liczne zmiany w samym gameplayu, takie jak poprawa błędów logicznych, questów itd.
Community patch Team przygotował dwie wersje patcha, z których jedna to kompleksowe wydanie zawierające wszystkie poprzednie wersje Community Patcha oraz patche oficjalne od Piranha Bytes. Druga natomiast, to wersja okrojona, która jest ograniczona do zmian wprowadzonych przez Community patche bez patchy oficjalnych.

Ja także miałem swój wkład w tworzeniu Community Patch(y) . Moja pomoc polegała na tłumaczeniu nowych oraz zmienionych wpisów w pliku stringtable.ini.
Bez tego niemożliwe było by ukończenie wielu questów z powodu braku pewnych opcji w dialogach oraz nauczenie sie nowych umiejętności, również z tego samego powodu. Należało także przetłumaczyć nazwy kilku przedmiotów. Dziękuje chłopakom z Community Patch Team, że o mnie nie zapomnieli 🙂

Wersja full oznacza, że instalujesz Gothic 3 oraz wersje full patcha i wszystko masz z głowy. Druga opcja jest dla tych, którzy mają zainstalowany Gothic 3 oraz oficjalny patch 1.12 bez Community patchy, wtedy trzeba zainstalować wersję Light. Jeśli chodzi o bugi, to ostatni patch naprawia już niemalże wszystko, a problem z kielichami został już rozwiązany w pierwszej wersji! Tak więc grę przejdziesz spokojnie i zapewniam cię, że wielu bugów nie napotkasz 🙂
